As Flash continues to be used by numerous developers all over the world for delivering applications and multimedia content to the general public, you’re going to need Adobe’s Flash Player to be able to access said content. If a developer uses Flash to post a video on his website, for example, you’re going to need Flash Player to view said video.

Flash Player is available for all the major operating systems; or to put it in other words, the application is available for Windows (32 and 64-bit editions), for Mac OS X, for Linux, and for Solaris. Adobe Flash Player is also available for Google’s Android mobile operating system.

Focusing on Windows alone, to run Flash Player, your PC must meet the following system requirements: 2.33GHz processor or faster, 128MB of RAM memory or more, 128MB of graphics memory. Flash Player works with Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, and Opera.

It must be mentioned that if you’re going to get Flash Player directly from Adobe, you will be invited to get Free! McAfee Security Scan Plus as well. It must also be mentioned that the executable you have to run in order to launch the installation process will be automatically deleted once the installation completes.

As a developer, you’re going to need the Flash platform to be able to reach more than 1.3 billion users from all over the world. Adobe’s Flash offers you a handy means of delivering your content to the general public.

As a regular user, you’re going to need Flash to be able to access said content. One of the most common examples when Flash Player’s functionality comes in handy is when you want to watch an online video. Without the Flash Player, you will not be able to view it - it's as simple as that. So if you want to view the video, you just have to get Flash Player.

You don’t have to part with your money to get Adobe Flash Player; it is a free application.

To access certain online content, you’re going to need Adobe Flash Player and the functionality it has to offer.

Pros

Flash Player is available for Windows, Mac, Linux, Solaris, and Android. The system requirements for running Flash Player can easily be met by a modern computer. Flash Player is provided for free. Getting Flash Player up and running will take very little time.

Cons

None that I could think of.
